How long it took her to learn how to squat well
It took me 3 years to learn how to squat. I did it right, with the professional and experienced help of my coach. If you want to become good at something you need to invest some time into that and don’t give up too soon. Every day will get better if you just focus on your goals! Believe in yourself! I believe that everything is possible if you are willing to work hard enough for it! If she can deadlift her body weight: No, but one day I hope to be able to do that as well. Squatting big weights makes your hips strong which makes it easier for you to be able to pull heavy deadlifts (but squats are not a substitute for deadlifts!). So even though I am stronger than many guys out there when it comes to squats (you have no idea what women can do!) I still cannot yet say that I can lift my body weight. My goal however is always just one step ahead – but I won’t stop until I reach that goal!
What she eats each day
Breakfast is either a shake and/or eggs (typically an omelet). Lunch is typically sashimi. The afternoon snack varies depending on when I’m training that day but is typically a protein shake or mini Larabar. Dinner varies with what we are having. She’ll eat whatever they’re eating as long as it fits within her macro targets for that day. If I know I’m having steak for dinner then I’ll eat some extra broccoli or have spinach in my shakes.
What supplements does she take (or doesn’t take)
Sure, she’s a big girl, but she knows her limits and isn’t afraid to admit that. Meg admits that some days are better than others when it comes to eating healthy and exercising. She says there are always hot pockets in our freezer for nights where we just don’t feel like cooking. I also enjoy fast food from time to time (who doesn’t), so I just have to be careful with how much I eat. However, Meg insists that some of her favorite foods are good for you. The secret behind my success is really very simple. I have always felt that anyone can do anything they set their mind to if they are willing to commit and work hard for it. You may be limited by physical abilities or other outside factors but if you set your mind to something and don’t give up on yourself then you can achieve just about anything you want. Hard work will get you pretty far in life! If I am being honest I think that dedication is what people enjoy most about me. When I truly put my heart into something no one else gives 110% like I do because they don’t believe in themselves as much as I believe in myself. This has been a major reason for my success in everything that I have ever accomplished throughout my life thus far!
